Gin distillery visit and tasting, gourmet 10 course tasting menu at a stunning farm to table restaurant.
Highlights of our Gin Distillery & Gourmet Cuisine Tour:
Visit Siem Reap’s only gin distillery including a guided tour of the herb and drying rooms, introduction to the gin distillation process and taste three different gins and bitters.
Your tuk tuk driver will then drive you across town to a beautiful countryside restaurant whose farm to table philosophy is rooted in seasonality and sustainability.
Sample an inventive new style of contemporary Cambodian food which Chef Sothea is calling New Mekong Cuisine. Whilst reinventing traditional favourites, such as Prahok Ktis and Saraman Curry, he also looks for inspiration beyond Cambodia’s borders to the former Khmer Empire territories of Southern Vietnam and the Mekong Delta, Southern Laos, and neighbouring Thailand, where traces of Cambodia’s culinary heritage are still found.
