Interactive and exclusive gastronomic experience with Chef Sothea Seng who will cook a tasting menu right in front of you.

What’s included:

  • Taking inspiration from Japanese omakase dining, Chef Sothea Seng will prepare a delicious tasting menu where each meal is unique. Be amongst the first diners to try new dishes that the Chef is developing or dishes he is tweaking from the Lum Orng menu downstairs.

  • The chef will introduce you to Cambodian food, his inspirations, evolution of his dishes, and his latest experiments in elevating traditional Khmer dishes to create his brand of New Mekong Cuisine. You’re welcome to share feedback and ask questions.

  • The Chef’s Table is located on a private floor with a spacious lounge above the main Lum Orng dining room overlooking lush gardens. It is limited to 8 seats per sitting so you may be joined by other guests.

  • No drinks are included in the standard package. Optional wine pairing is available for a supplement, with a total of six drinks included.

  • Private tuk tuk and driver. Pick up and drop off from your hotel. 

Price: USD 115 per person for food only, minimum of two guests. Optional wine pairing is an additional USD 45 per person.

Days: The Chef’s Table is available every day, subject to availability.

Time: Dinner starts at 7pm and lasts around 2 to 2.5 hours.. Pick up will be approximately 6.30pm and we will confirm based on your hotel location.
