Are your tours private?

Yes, all Taste tours are a private experience. We do not offer any shared tours.

I am travelling on my own, can I still book a Taste Tour?

Absolutely. All our tours are open to single travellers and there is a small supplement of USD 5 per tour. Taste Art & Cocktails is a popular option with single travellers as the owners or staff at most venues are around to chat to.

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

We can cater to all dietary requirements, just let us know at the time of booking so we can arrange this for you. Most of the food is pre-ordered so it’s really important to let us know in advance.

Are alcoholic drinks included?

Yes, all stops include one drink per person. You can choose anything from the menu including cocktails, a glass of house wine or beer.

What if I don’t drink alcohol?

Juices and soft drinks are also included. Lots of our partner venues offer delicious juices and shakes, made with fresh seasonal tropical fruits.

I’m travelling with my kids, which tour would you recommend?

Taste For A Good Cause is really popular with families with high chairs available, a relaxed atmosphere at each venue and space for kids to run around and play. Taste Siem Reap’s Hidden Gems is another popular option for families. Discounts are offered for children, please enter the number of kids on each tour’s booking page and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Is a guide included?

An official guide is not included. Each booking includes a private tuk tuk driver who will pick you up from your hotel and take you from place to place. Our amazing tuk tuk team speak good English and will be on hand to answer questions and look after you for the evening. They will then drop you back at your hotel at the end of the evening. A welcome pack is also provided with each booking. This includes information about each venue, what’s included and also your tuk tuk driver’s contact details.

How long does a Taste tour last?

There is no fixed schedule, you’re on your own time but our tours usually last between 2 to 4 hours.

Are tips/gratuities included?

Tips/gratuities are not included. If you had a great experience then our drivers will always appreciate a tip. The same goes for any of the venues. Gratuities are not mandatory in Cambodia but always very much appreciated.

What happens if it rains?

We can still operate our Taste Tours in the rain and we would suggest wearing shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. Please also bring umbrellas from your hotel in case of rain.

Do you organise group tours?

The largest group we’ve done is 35 guests but that’s not to say we couldn’t arrange a Taste tour for a bigger group. Get in touch and we can design a bespoke itinerary just for your group.
